When I  went to my appointment for June they were closed and one of the receptionist came to the door by surprise. Me and my husband was surprise because most doctors blow you off or don't answer  or give you any kind of explanation, the young lady was very claim and kind, respectful, she asked what we need she immediately new who we were as clients.  She explained what happened and did do her best to inform us. What got me was I was under the impression that she would send us away and tell us to call. But she didn't she reset the appointment and was concerned about me (lovie Brown) ending up in pain and no medicine.  The trun around time was quicker than we thought due to a emergency situation the doctor had. Because they are so concerned about their  patients we don't have to wonder if we are going to  cared for  or placed in the back of the list. We were actually place just a few days away and on top of that my appointment was on time with no waiting or set backs. Last of all I would not change my doctor at pain clinic, because after she took  care of her emergency, she was still kind and courteous  you would never know anything had been wrong she had saw 37 patients showing no stress.
